PropRunner is operated by Sterling Blue Construction LLC (“PropRunner,” “we,” or “us”). By using getproprunner.com, our apps, or our SMS program, you agree to these Terms.

Service

PropRunner connects property owners/managers with trusted on-site PropRunners for showings, access visits, documentation, and related checklists. Features may change as we improve the product.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information and for activity under your account. Owner and runner accounts may require approval before full access.

SMS program

If you provide a phone number and consent on getproprunner.com (or by texting START to our business number), you agree to receive recurring transactional SMS from PropRunner / Sterling Blue Construction LLC about showings, appointment confirmations, reminders, and customer care. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse PropRunner, including spam, unlawful activity, unauthorized access to properties, or harassment. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers

PropRunner is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
